We are happy to receive your return within 14 days after you receive your parcel physically. 

Please remember to write your order number on a note in the package, when you are making a return.

Kindly note your parcel must be sent directly to the warehouse and not to a parcel shop nearby. We suggest you obtain tracking for your return package and make sure to get a receipt when you hand it in at the post office.

Your refund will be made no later than 5-7 days after we receive your return parcel.
