Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only deliver to the following countries: Danmark, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Poland, Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia, Turkey and USA.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be delivered to the address you selected at checkout. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, with an estimated delivery time of 2–6 working days.
Please note that delivery may take longer if an item is out of stock, on backorder, or during busy periods. If not all items in your order are available at the same time, we may ship the available items first and send the remaining products once they are back in stock. This means your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Delivery is carried out via UPS or GLS, depending on your location. Available delivery options will be shown during checkout, as some methods may not be available for certain addresses or time slots. In rare cases where the selected delivery location is unavailable or full, the carrier may deliver your order to an alternative nearby location.
What is the return policy?
We are happy to receive your return within 14 days after you receive your parcel physically.
Please remember to write your order number on a note in the package, when you are making a return.

Kindly note your parcel must be sent directly to the warehouse and not to a parcel shop nearby.
We suggest you obtain tracking for your return package and make sure to get a receipt when you hand it in at the post.
Your refund will be made no later than 5-7 days after we receive your return parcel.
