Welcome to RAVN. When you are shopping with us you are automatically accepting our sales conditions.
This is why we advise you to thoroughly read through all of the below mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping on RAVN.

HANDLING

We send all merchandise as packages, which makes it possible to track them in case of problems.During shipment the package is insured and we kindly ask you to verify the content upon delivery. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to UPS immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the items to us. RAVN is not responsible for items damaged during transportation.

We always pack everything carefully, thereby minimizing possible damage.

SHIPPING 

SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE EU, WHEN THE ORDER IS ABOVE 1000 DKR.

The shipping costs for orders below 1000 Dkr amounts to 150 kr. Regardless of the country within EU

In RAVN we strive on a quick delivery, so all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Should there be delays from the carrier, then RAVN can not be held liable.

Goods to EU countries and countries outside the EU will be sent via UPS and delivery

may take up to 5 days.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE EU

SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EU, WHEN THE ORDER IS ABOVE 7000 DKR.

The shipping costs on all international orders outside the EU is 350 Dkr when the order is below 7000 Dkr.

All shipments outside EU are delivered by UPS and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.

RETURNS 

ALL RETURNS IS AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN EXPENSE.

RAVN gladly accept returns. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed, and without the tags. The RAVN return tag must also be attached. Without the return tag we do not accept returns.

The first step in returning your purchased item is to contact costumer service on customer@ravnravn.com. Please enclose your name, order number and whether you want a refund or just exchange to a different item.

The next step is send your item back to us.

It is possible to use a carrier of you choice. You are responsible for the package until we receive it.

On international returns from outside the EU you need a pro forma invoice. We will provide you with this. All you have to do is to attach it on the outside of the return package. This step is very important to ensure that we don't pay import tax on returnes items.

Please keep your postage receipt or track & trace number as a proof that the package was sent.

As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will credit your account/credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. We fully refund VAT within the EU. We do not refund any duties or local taxes outside EU. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs directly.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE REFUND TO APPEAR ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

GIFT RETURNS

ALL RETURNS IS AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN EXPENSE.

If you have received an item from RAVN as a gift and you do not want it, then you can return it and exchange for another item of the same value. In case you want a more expensive item you have the option of paying the difference plus the  freight expenses.

We cannot return any money as only the credit card used to purchase the item(s) can be credited.

NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS

All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligentuse, a lack of maintenance, or simply

ITEM AVAILABILITY

In case an item is sold out you may contact us at: customer@ravnravn.com. A customer service agent will inform you if we can re-order the item and put your name on a waiting list, or maybe help you find a similar item.

All prices are indicated in DKK (the Danish currency) and a 25% sales tax/VAT is included in the total amount.

SECURITY 

RAVN is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (SecureSockets Layer). A SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information into codes so that your information is kept
secure while being transmitted via the Internet. Only PBS (your bank) has access to your information.

CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX /VAT

If your order is placed from an EU country you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but no customs fee.
This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU then you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. RAVN is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance.

This might delay the delivery.

Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges. 

CONSUMER PROTECTION

All disputes between RAVN and the customer shall be decided in accordance with the substantive law of Denmark.

RAVN COSTOMER GUIDELINES 

Your new RAVN fur garment is made from fine natural fur.
Please consider the nature of the material when handling the garments.
Slight variations in colour and appearance may occur.
With time this garment could show variations in colour, which is not a defect, but simply a natural ageing process.
Slight transfer of colour or hairs may be inevitable when wearing the deeper and lighter colours with the light coloured garments.
Exposure to rain and humid conditions should be avoided.
Rain and water may cause staining and could affect the texture of this garment.
If exposed to rain / water, let it dry in a cool ventilated space away from heat source and direct sunlight.
Always use specialist fur and leather dry cleaners.

Your RAVN clothing item might be made from delicate fabrics. That is why we advise you to ALWAYS read the washing instructions before washing.
